45 years ago (Mar. 14, 1975) UPEI's newly built Robertson Library had its naming ceremony! Hon. Catherine Callbeck, grand-niece of Dr. Samuel N. Robertson (previous principal of PWC), spoke on behalf of the family, and a painting of Dr. Robertson, by artist Jadi Bibily, was presented. The painting still hangs prominently in the Library breezeway! Students can see it today just as the students could see it in 1975. Yearbook photos from Nexus 1975. #ThrowbackThursday #UPEI50
